Strawberry Chocolate Tart
This delicious Strawberry Chocolate Tart was such an incredible hit at my friend's house warming party last weekend! It's pretty much chocolate strawberries in tart form! It's decadent, smooth and super easy to make! This was my take on Home Cooking Adventure's: No-Bake Strawberry Chocolate Tart.

1 Full pack of cookies'n cream wafers
1/2 cup Melted unsalted butter
3/4 Large Dark Toblerone
150 g Dark Meiji Chocolate
100 g Milk Meiji Chocolate
5 Lindt Hazelnut Chocolate
250 ml Heavy Cream
Chopped Nuts/Seeds: Chia/sunflower/almond/hazelnut
Fresh Strawberries (OR any fruit of your liking)
Coconut Lindt white chocolate drizzle
Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
1. Blend wafers in a food processor, as it gets crumbly add in melted butter and blend until smooth/moisten. Take a spoon and mold crumbs against tart pan evenly. (I used a 11'' Walmart tart pan). Freeze crust until you're ready to pour filling.
2. Place all chocolate into a separate bowl. Bring cream to a warmed temperature over medium-low heat (no boiling, simmering is needed). Pour the cream over chocolate. Give it a couple mins and stir until melted.
*If it's not melting, you can place it over a double boiler to speed it up.
**I also crushed up a few biscotti's to give it a little crunch. (optional)
3. Pour chocolate evenly over tart pan. Sprinkle Himalayan Salt, Nuts/Seeds , top with strawberries and drizzle with melted coconut white chocolate drizzle.
*I added Himalayan salt to off set the sweetness. I love chocolate but can't stand anything too sweet.
4. Refrigerate overnight or a few hours before serving.
This tart yielded 17 slices | Time: 20 mins
