Start From Scratch is Awesome!
"If I could use a different name and apply again, I would!"
Tada! And that's just a bit of what got cooking in the span of 10 weeks + a couple special events! We learned everything from pasta sauces, cooking breakie, 3 course meals, ethnic foods, gluten free, desserts, seafood .. you name it we did it from scratch with @Dan Clapson and @Vinnci Tsui as our instructors. Along with many other great chef's in the city!
This was my favourite post secondary class! Unfortunately it didn't exactly count towards my gpa, but since it counts in my own books, I think that's close enough!
Start from Scratch has just finished their Fall 2015 applications for 30 lucky students! With that being said, I'd like to wish all the new classes lots of fun and adventure in cooking up some awesome dishes while learning from some of the best and most passionate individuals in Calgary Culinary! Hopefully I'll meet some more alumni's and future students in upcoming events!
